Best World Cup goal celebrations

In just two weeks of competition, any team has won the World Cup yet, of course. But there have already been enough time to deliver loads of hapiness and sadness from Brazil through all the participating countries.

But at this time we can ensure we have some strong candidates to be the winners about the best goal celebrations in the championship. And colombian national team seems to be the favorite all around the world to get that “award”. Even prestigious magazine Slate pointed after their first match that Colombians “are going to be remembered long after the tournament” for that celebrations.

Actually it's not surprising seeing how this close knit team is dancing all togheter around Pablo Armero after his goal to Greece at their first match in the World Cup, or perfectly coordinated with James Rodríguez choreography after hi scored against Côte d'Ivoire, or copying Michael Jackson style when Cuadrado scored against Japan.

More dangerous but exciting was the way that veteran german striker Miroslav Klose chose to perform the celebracion of his fifteenth goal in his career in a World Cup. Klose, 36 years old, blew up doing a somersault after he scored at the match that Germany played against Ghana.

But Ghana players were also fantastic in their goal celebration when they draw that match, trying to surpass Colombia dancing and moving the hips all togheter.

Another great way to celebrate a goal is like mexican coach Miguel Herrera did after the second goal of Mexico against Croatia, scored by Andrés Guardado. Herrera exploded, changes his face in in a gesture of rage, fell down to the green hugging a mexican assitant, then ran to hug the goalkeeper Ochoa... Big transformation.

Anyway Brazilian World Cup is ongoing and starting now the playoff, so it's expected to be harder every match, and next goals will be more and more important. We'll be waiting for them, and we'll still alert to see and update more great celebrations to the final list.
