June is a festivity month in Brazil as the country celebrates the June´s Party (Festa Junina, in Portuguese), a huge celebration for the saints Joao, Pedro and Antonio.
This custom arrived in Brazil with the Portugal colonization and became very popular adding some Brazilian culture style.
Nowadays, a traditional June´s Party would have many typical foods (Especially the ones which came from indigenous culture), a kind of dance called Quadrilha (which came from the quadrille, originally French), countryside costumes, Sertanejo music (a kind of country music from Brazil), balloons and bonfire.

Paçoca (Peanut sweet)
Ingredients

500g of roasted and ground peanuts

1 package of milk biscuit
-
1 can of condensed milk
Instructions
1 – Toast the peanuts for 20 minutes or due in the oven
2 - Blend the peanuts with the biscuits
3 – Add the condensed milk to the mix
4 – Grease the tin, put the mix in and press
5 – Let it rest for 20 minutes and cut it into squares
